Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, subject to verification. Please email support@arogyasthal.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, where applicable.
