When You Can Cancel
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@arogyasthal.com with your order number. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on order status.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order was prepaid online and cancellation is approved before dispatch, a refund will be processed according to our refund timelines. COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not be charged.
